Maneesh Media, earlier known as Manish Media Agency, is a network established by the Founder & Chairman Mr. Chandmal Kumawat in 1999, which works to create a platform of new ideas, vision, awareness, communiqué and connectivity of dignified thoughts and introspective ideas by publications. The accomplishments of art and culture are merged to connect with not only the common man but also to the corporate sector, government agencies, and even the national and international personalities with gusto and untiring energy.
Enhancing amazing public relations with the state and central governments and major business houses of India and abroad, the media house has been working incessantly to establish an image of splendour, accomplishment and grandeur of the past and present generations of Indians in the youth of today and the generations to come.
The very first publication of Maneesh Media was Rangilo Rajasthan – 2000, a diary for Hotel Association of Jaipur, released by the then Hon'ble Minister of Energy & Industries, Govt. of Rajasthan Dr. Chandrabhan.
The same year, two more prestigious books, viz-a-viz, The American Presidents and The Impressions of Mahatma Gandhi, were added to the collection. These publications, prepared as a welcome gesture for the visit of the US President H.E. Bill Clinton on an official visit to India, were released by him on March 23, 2000 in Jaipur. The overwhelming response received by The American Presidents made us launch a second volume, once again released by Mr. Bill Clinton during his second visit to the pink city.
Another publication in the year 2003 was The American President & The Visions of Rajasthan. It was released by the then Chief Minister of Rajasthan, Mr. Ashok Gehlot, during RANA Conclave in New York (USA). This book was released to celebrate the first ever Rajasthani convention in the USA.
With INDIA – 2006, we dedicated the year 2006 to the achievement, progress and futuristic policies of the UPA government, under the skilled and keen sighted governance of Dr. Manmohan Singh, the then Prime Minister of India.
We also organised a grand exhibition themed Millennium Super Star Amitabh Bachchan ‘Big B’ in Dubai IIFA − 2006 on June 14 to 17, inaugurated by Mr. Vasu Shroff, the Chairman of the Regal Group. December 2006 witnessed the organizing of the Dot Portraits Exhibition of H.H. Dr. Syedna Mohammed Burhanuddin Saheb TUS in Dubai, which received rave reviews from all around, Especially the entire Bohra Community
Starting the year 2007 we were enthused up with a new idea of doing coffee-table books, the first of which was released this very year. We entered the world of coffee-table books with DUBAI − 2007 Indian Achievers, released by the then Member of Parliament of Chittor, Mr. Shrichandra Kriplani at Jumeriah Beach Hotel, Dubai, in the presence of the successful and renowned celebrities of Indian-origin living in Dubai, also covered in the book.
Celebrating the establishment of October 2 as international non-violence day by the UN in 2007, we held a grand exhibition on the Father of the Nation, Mahatma Gandhi, at India Club in Dubai on the revered occasion of his birth anniversary, organised by his granddaughter.
By 2008, Rajasthan was springing with growth, the year when we released our 21st publication Rajasthan – 2008 Rising Rajasthan to extend our gratitude to a government that continually looked for more growth of the state. It was released by the UDH Minister, Hon'ble Mr. Surendra Goyal, government of Rajasthan, at BM Birla Auditorium, Jaipur on July 27, 2008.
Rajasthan – 2010... Naya Rajasthan, our 22nd publication, showed the revamped face of an ever-growing Rajasthan. It was released by Hon'ble Governor of Gujarat, Dr. Kamla, in Jaipur. Like the name suggests, Rajasthan of 2010 was a new Rajasthan. This book takes the readers to what led to this growth.
We welcomed the year 2012 with our 23rd publication Jewels of Rajasthan… in the World-Volume-1, unveiling it during the 10th Pravasi Bharatiya Divas in Jaipur on January 8. This coffee table book celebrated non-residential Rajasthanis from six countries who have touched the heights of success in their selected fields.
Year 2013 met us with another reason to celebrate as we released our 24th publication Jewels of India – Leading Indian American Personalities during the 11th Pravasi Bharatiya Divas, where we also were an official sponsor. Saluting the Indian diaspora living across America who are renowned due to their contributions in the American economic development and their assistance in strengthening Indo–American relationships, this coffee-table told life stories of 90 people.
On the verge of success completing 15 years in the industry, Maneesh Media bustled with energy in the mid-2014 as our silver jubilee publication, Jewels of Gujarat – Leading Global Gujarati Personalities, was unveiled by the Hon. Prime Minister of India, Mr. Narendra Modi right after his speech at Madison Square, New York. Welcoming the new year, all enthused up for entering our 16th year, we saw the excited honouring ceremony of the book in Ahmedabad, during Pravasi Bhartiya Divas and centenary celebration of Mahatma Gandhi’s return to India from South Africa.
Following in close was yet another dedicated work by Maneesh Media, our 26th compilation, Rajasthan Police – Past & Present, a notable coffee-table book briefing the history of the brave Rajasthan Police along with a short account of their present working strategy. It was released by the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Rajasthan Mrs. Vasundhra Raje Scindia and the then DGP of Rajasthan Police Mr. Omendra Bharadwaj on February 27, 2015.
With Diwali, the Hindu major festival, we had Goddess Laxmi’s blessing upon us as we presented our 27th publication, India Calling – Campaign by PM Modi, a vivacious tome of all the 29 foreign visits by the Hon. Indian Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi to him on November 13, 2015 at Wembley Stadium during his visit to London.
Bringing this highly successful, though scurrying year to end was our 28th publication Jewels of Rajasthan – Leading Global Rajasthani Personalities, the second volume on the brave and magnificent Rajasthani diaspora. The unveiling of this coffee-table book in Jaipur by the Hon’ble Home Minister of Rajasthan Mr. Gulab Chand Katariya on the eve of Resurgent Rajasthan Summit witnessed 67 featured personalities in attendance out of the 102, among several other eminent names of Rajasthan.
High on energy and hopes, the propitious 2016 started with second volume of India Calling – Campaign by PM Modi (America Version), which was an update on Hon. Prime Minister’s visit across 37 nations, being released during his third visit to the USA.
Continuing with the same passion, the edition to India Calling – Campaign by PM Modi (African Version), our 30th publication, we were endowed by endorsements and release by the President of Kenya H.E. Mr. Uhuru Kenyatta and Hon’ble Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi during his Kenya visit on July 11, 2016. The book was launched on August 27 in New Delhi by the Railway Minister of India Mr. Ramesh Prabhu and several other dignitaries.
Publishing this book was our gesture to bring south Indian closer to north India, an integral part of our nation that gives us Bollywood, high-quality education, the best beaches, has the state of highest education data.
This book was our 31st publication, released in early 2017 by H.H. Jagadguru Sri Sri Sri Dr.Nirmalanandanatha Mahaswamiji, the 72nd Pontiff of Sri Adichunchanagiri Mahasamsthana Math, Dr. A. Velumani of Thyrocare, Mr. Sunny Kurian of Sunny Healthcare, Mr. K. Srinivasan of Emerald Jewel Industry. It is an effort to bridge the growing gap between south and north India. Publishing this book was gesture to bring south Indian closer to north India, an integral part of our nation that gives us Bollywood, high-quality education, the best beaches, has the state of highest education data. A part of our daily diet comes from our southern sister; part of our daily clothing is majorly produced in the south,among others.
This book features eminent and successful people of current generation who have made a mark in and out of their native lands, helping their karm bhumi grow manifolds. Adorning the book are their reminiscences, anecdotes of struggle as they move forward along with sticking to their principles and culture, navigating despite head-winds, during their strenuous journey. To name a few were the likes of Mr. Azim Premji, Dr. Ausaf Sayeed, Mr. Narayana Murthy, Dr. B.R. Shetty, Indra K. Nooyi, Yusuf Ali, among several others.
This year will be memorable for us forever as we have also started doing personalised coffee-table books. To commemorate this new venture was the proud and successful journey of late Mr. Vijaydev Ratanjee Mistry, the great fashion legend, whose family let us have an insight his life, personality and legacy. Complied in an aesthetically appealing book,our 32nd, Life of a Legend – Vijaydev Ratanjee Mistry, we released on January 7, 2017 at Navsari, Gujarat.
Released by our former Prime Minister, Dr. Manmohan Singh, on the eve of 71st Indian Independence Day, 2017, in New Delhi was Jewels of Punjab – Leading Global Punjabi Personalities. This was not just our 33rd publication, but also an entry in to the world of some of the most successful men, the men who have settled away from their heartland, yet are rooted in India; the men who have struggled to find a base, yet stayed jovial; the men from Punjab, the land of wit, fun, hard-work, sacrifice. Read this one to know what goes behind the making of grand success to be inspired.

Our stage to take our endeavours of personalised coffee-table books forward, their stage to historicise large-heartedness and strong will, this was a book of romance with God's will. A book of struggles and success, weaknesses and strengths, a book from grassroots to skylines, it narrated the life story of a businessman who is more of a philanthropist. The picturesque book was released on May 20 in Surat (Gujarat).
'Believe in you' was the only constant thought he had grown up with. From an extremely humble background, luxury from him was to have papers and pencils to study. Borrowing books, studying under a streetlight, topping classes in university, finding menial jobs in the USA, nothing stopped him. With his belief in himself, from finding basics to continue his studies, he moved on to provide state-of-art education to several of those who cannot afford it!
Migrating and living is one story. Migrating, accepting the foster country as one's own, successfully living, serenading the new country is another. This book, narrating the story of more than 100 years of migration of a family and its success, was released by the founders in Thika, Nairobi as they celebrated the successful completion of their brainchild, Broadway Bakery's 60 years in the business on June 30, 2018.
