India Calling

India Calling began with a simple, yet profound question posed by Maneesh Media’s late Founder and Chairman, Shri Chandmal Kumawat: “How can I contribute to my country’s progress?”
His answer was a publishing initiative that would celebrate India’s transformation, its growing global stature and the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi.
First launched by Prime Minister Modi at London’s Wembley Stadium in 2015, India Calling has since evolved into a distinguished 14-edition collector’s series, chronicling defining moments in India’s contemporary journey.
The latest edition NAMAN – Honouring the Journey: From One Man’s Dream to a Nation’s Rise holds a particularly special place in this journey. Published to commemorate Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi’s 75th birthday, Naman celebrates a journey from humble beginnings to national leadership, alongside India’s transformation since 2014.
Yet Naman is more than a commemorative publication. It is also a deeply personal tribute to Shri Chandmal Kumawat, whose belief in India’s potential inspired the India Calling series.
Although he did not live to see this edition published, his vision remains at its heart.
