Giving back, for Harry, is instinctive, not performative. Over the years, he has consistently supported charitable initiatives across education, teacher training, student learning, and local religious institutions. He has also helped improve infrastructure to create welcoming and intellectually stimulating environments.

“Our success is only as meaningful as the people we share it with,” he believes—starting with his own team and extending into society. Harry emphasises that philanthropy is about internal peace and satisfaction, not recognition. He often contributes personally to projects, providing expertise, resources, and guidance.

He recalls a project where he stepped in without expecting anything in return, much to the surprise of the people involved. “When the management of his local Gurdwara struggled to complete a project, I stepped in to bring it to the finish line. The management wanted to know my fee and were surprised when I said not only would there be no fee, but I would also add a financial contribution to the project. Now, a decade later, I see the Gurdwara thriving, and it gives me satisfaction knowing that I had contributed one brick to its foundation.” Harry remains committed to uplifting others through hands-on support, integrating his professional work with his philanthropic philosophy: “Do good. Good follows you.”
