What is the condition? To be eligible, the book should be unused and in the same condition you received it, preferably in its original packaging.

When do I get my money back? Once we receive and check the item, we’ll let you know. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.

What about shipping costs? If you received a damaged or wrong book, the return shipping is on us! For other cases, you’ll just need to cover the return shipping cost.
