A NOTE FROM THE DIRECTORS As we approach Gandhi Jayanti, our team has been pondering over a simple question: nearly eight decades of Independence, is Mahatma Gandhi still relevant today? Perhaps more than we realise. We explore this in this newsletter along with our regular features, including two of our honourees from Jewels of India – Bharat Ki Shaan, Bharat Ka Abhiman Vol. 1. Our flagship initiative is a culmination of nearly three decades of experience, documenting lives shaped by enterprise, resilience, service and an enduring connection with India. Again and again, we discover that achievements may define a chapter, but it is values, relationships and the lives we touch that ultimately define a legacy. Every book project is a revelation of the Indian spirit that thrives and as we continue to meet people, be it in our recent five-month trip to America or now as our journey takes us across Fiji, Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong, New Zealand and Australia. Moreover, as India strengthens its global ties through free trade agreements, we believe that it offers fresh momentum to the international connections we celebrate through our books.
