We dispatch from our office in Jaipur, Rajasthan. This policy explains how and when your order reaches you.
1. Order processing
Orders are processed on working days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). Once payment is confirmed, your order is packed and handed to our courier partner within 2–3 working days.
Our books are large-format, hardbound editions. They are wrapped and boxed individually so that corners and spines survive the journey, which is why packing takes a little longer than it would for ordinary parcels.
2. Delivery time within India
After dispatch, delivery normally takes 7–10 working days depending on your location. Metro cities are usually quicker; remote pin codes, hill stations and island territories can take longer.
Delivery timelines are estimates provided by our courier partners and are not guaranteed.
3. Shipping charges
Shipping charges, where applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay. There are no hidden charges added afterwards.
4. Tracking your order
Once your parcel is handed over to the courier, we mark the order as dispatched and send you the tracking details by email. You do not need an account on our website to track an order — your order number and the email address used at checkout are enough.
If you would prefer to simply ask, write to info@maneeshmedia.com or message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we will check it for you.
5. Delivery address
Please enter your address, PIN code and phone number carefully at checkout. We dispatch to the address exactly as provided. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, or because nobody was available to receive it after repeated attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-dispatch; the additional courier cost in such cases is payable by the customer.
6. Delays beyond our control
Weather, strikes, festival-season volumes, local restrictions and other events outside our control can delay a courier. We will keep you informed and follow up with the courier on your behalf, but such delays are not treated as non-delivery.
If a parcel is genuinely lost in transit, it is covered under our Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy.
7. International orders
Maneesh Media works across India, the USA and Canada, and we are glad to send books abroad. International shipping is arranged on request rather than through automatic checkout, because rates and timelines vary considerably by destination.
Please write to us with the title you want and your delivery city, and we will confirm the shipping cost and expected timeline before you pay. Any customs duties or import taxes levied in the destination country are payable by the recipient.
